This is a deity level game, I'm the Greeks and anarres is the Germans.

Aggie, I just re-read your exploit list again, it is very good. :)
The only 2 points I would rather not play with are Ship Chaining (this takes serious resourses!), and also "Seed Corn". FWIW 'Seed corn' in the eyes of RB rules allows all but the last 2 workers to be bought, your rule is even stricter.
If you insist I can play with both these rules too, just thought I'd let you know what I think.
I will change the seed corn rule. But I don't understand your ship chaining point of view. Do you mean that someone should be rewarded for the effort of building ships and setting this up? I tend to agree to that, so that will probably also dissapear from my list...

Yes, that is what I meant re: ship chaining. It involves serious thought to do and isn't trivial.
You're right, my list of exploits just got shorter :)
anarres, I added the negative cash science exploit to the list. I did this because I think it's indeed an exploit and it also is in the exploit list of other SG series.
