Patches? Is it worth it?

Heres the deal. I got a virus last week that caused me to reload the OS, as a result I have to d/load all the C3C patches.
So with all the new ones out and not playing for nearly 3 months, I've got bugger all idea as to which ones that I need.
Can I just install 1.22 by itself or do I need the older ones as well?

The latest 1.22 will install without anything else, but make sure you go to CFC or Firaxis to get the correct version.

The first version of 1.22 required 1.20 to be installed first...

You could try downloading 1.20 first..then 1.22
