Kaisar Kol welcomes one and all to Berlin.

The planned tour of the Europe will take place in due course. As we speak German factories have been placed on alert for the creation of new armies and navies. German troops have however been given Easter off and will be heading for a little R and R.

Cordial relations have been established with the French following pleasant intercourse last night.

The Kaisar would welcome communiques from his fraternal colleagues in England, Austria and Russia and will be available on MSM at 11pm (my time) this evening.

Is that a sexual term ? Well, in case you didn't spy on us, I can tell that one can do whatever he can to win a game ! ;)

Anyway, the French in the name of their President krys (of Polish-Russian-Czech descent) thank Kaiser Kol for his invitation, and applaude the friendly negociations that took place in Berlin. Our President krys particularly enjoyed visiting the Brandenburger Tor at the Pariser Platz (wonderful French arts), was impressed by the Neue Wache, and actually had some good time eating some "petits fours" in the end at your Palace.

Our President cannot wait to invite you in Paris in the summer. You're not forced to bring your soldiers along. :D

P.S. : We wish to also thank someone called Mr. Google (?) who helped us in our touring in Berlin.

Felicitous communications have also been opened with our brethren in Osterreich. The Kaiser looks with envy upon the ski slopes of the Alps and the troops are waxing their skis for their long awaited R and R.
