People,

You can now upload an image to our forum:D
When you make a new post or edit one you'll see a small paperclip icon just below the text entry field. Press that and you can upload something from your harddrive. For now there seems to be a 100K or so limit. I'll talk to Anarres and see if we can make that a figure a bit higher.

Have fun!

I just made it accept .zip and .sav files, and upped the maximum limit to 1Mb.

I also got rid of that annoying 'Image Insert:' tag. [}:)]

As noone complained about it, maybe noone noticed but the 'my old uploaded files window' lacked scrollbars. This is now fixed!

Killer, I figured out why your upload doesn't work. The inserted text uses a dot after the M in your nick. This of course doesnt work correctly with the files system which think that dot is used to add an extension to you directory name. So your directory is names Lt. Killer M but you are called Lt. Killer M.

The dot messes things up.

Solution, I change your name to Lt. Killer M
That OK?

Fixed it: There was a problem with building the directory. If you look into the failed posts you;'ll notice path name http://http://[name] Delete http:// once and the oldies will work. New ones will work correctly now.

The upload feature now accepts .mpg and .mp3 files.

It will also take files up to 4Mb in size! :D

On a related note I have increeased the timeout for the upload (and hopefully for all scripts, if it works).

Can I delete my own uploaded files somehow?
