OK, there was nothing wrong with my old coffee mug (ask matrix ;) ), but it was time for a new one.
In the true energy conservation tradition of a sustainabily scientist (like me) I got this insulated, stainless steel thermo cup:

This is actually my most obsolete purchase in the last 25 years (which, as a matter of fact, includes everything I've ever bought [crazyeye] ) It does keep your coffee damn hot though!
EDIT: I forgot to mention that it was free! All I had to do was to buy 171 packages of coffee, 250 grams each. I could have bought 428 packs of tea instead though.
But see, it wasn't an actual purchase, so that makes it better ;)
