we are a few turns into our new game, I just got Phil as a first and selected CoL as my free tech, trading both for MM and a bit of Gold to stapel. We have agreed to keep these two techs, Phil and Col from the AIs for 20, so stapel can do a run on Rep and I research both Lit (1st) and Poly (2nd) @ max to trade for Rep. Price diffs will be done in money if research should go cheaper for me.
