Umm, I think she just memorized what to hit. I think its a type of "piano" or something cause I recognize the song at the end.

You guys don't know those dancing game machines? That where it all started at, I think. You have a display in front of you with arrows coming down, and you have to step on the right button for each arrow on the right time, resulting in a nice little dance experience. It's supposed to be a fun way to train your rhythm. This is the same game, but then for playing music. Hit the right button when the thingie on the screen drops down, and do that really fast (prolly playing highest level) and you get this up-tempo fur elise going around. People could mistake you for a genuine Mozart :)
