Pyongsong ownes Shakespears? that allows growth beyond 12 without the hospital. The fact that you can still build it is probably to give 5CC-players the "fifth" hospital for Battlefield medicin!

Ah - that'll be it. I didnt realise that was a side effect of Shaky - and I couldnt figure out how I could be at 13 and still be offered a hospital.

A builder game. Didnt attack a city or enemy unit in the whole game. Won by UN with a massive tech lead.

Ah yes - I've er had them so long I regard them as standard. Doesnt everybody have them? They are sooo much more appealing than the originals.
