Anyway I only read Sky's comment. This one answers the question I was going to ask: did you
still get the techs? I forgot to watch last turn. Would it be a bug if you still got them? You
did owned it for a moment allowing you to look at the ancient scrolls ;) ...

I was already at war with persia too, the damn fools were allying the
doomed Russians... But the Sumerians were my very good friends!

Fuck, I missed this in the end turn last turn! They did not attack me
last end turn but moved south... Or Plux did it in his turn which we
had prohibited in this game AFAIK. He knew that my allies - the
gracious Sumerians - were using my high speed railroads all the time,
tansferring their hugh stacks to kill off the Russians. This could be
a joke of him... [satan]

Well, they are stong compared to me while I have 300.000 units hanging
around. In this end turn they threw 10 or 15 cavs at me and moved
around with their ancient stacks on my soil but failed to take my
cities.

Next turn 2 or 3 of plux's cities while be burned I tell ya! [shabba]

I signed a MPP with sumeria when I saw Erikk's troops approaching. I figured we couldn't sign any phoney MA, but in this case -when Erikk would attack me- there were definitely going to be some battles for all parties involved.

It's over.

Plux surrendered after another 6 cities were taken over.

He had an MPP with the Sumerians, thats why they declared war on me
without me seeing any warning of this.
