Markstar got a free city or settler there in the east! [aargh] Such a free city is very valuable on such a small map, don't you think?

Anyway, I also noticed Digger is at the other side of the water to the west of me because of that bug that shows the location of the capital of the previous player. [rolleyes] But luckily that's not important.

Nice gem city, but I wonder if Markstar lets you keep it. It will be hard to support, if you don't manage to take more lands on that peninsula.

I'm more afraid of Digger, of whom I met a warrior on the hill three squares left of Reykjavik. That one is killed by a barbarian though. :D

And it's also questionable whether they even know that part of the map.

Have you contancted Digger for a peace treaty? If not it would make sense for him to get all those diamonds for himself - maybe you can offer him one for free if he leaves your city alone?

I dont think that city will survive for long....

Also any attack will be slow due to those damn jungles. :(

We're much farther ahead. I'm rather small and have the lowest score so far. Markstar (Iroquois) is the most dangerous, and I'm next to him.

I can't possibly trade with him; he's too far away. Thus, he must think Har is part of my empire as a whole. [lol] I'll keep him in that thought. ;)

I guess the barbs decided to give up their looting and pillaging way of life after killing your spearman and carrying away the gold locked away in Custa City's vaults...

When the barb kills your only unit in a city the barb then moves in to the city and does Bad Things. It also disappears. ;)

Oh dear. One never realises that until you play a PBEM. ;) But anyway, the camp's been destroyed now by a rather dangerous attack from my spearman. ;)
